Looking for Jharkhand State Vendor for Driving License, Registration Certificate & LL Smart Card Project

Driving License,Registration Certificate,LLR (Obtain Learner Driving License)Project for the State of Jharkhand-  24 RTOs

We are looking for the State Vendor who can perform this Job for 24RTOs in Jharkhand.

Total per month printing would be 60,000 (Sixty Thousand) cards on all 24RTOs in Jharkhand.

CARD RATE: 

Per Card Profit is Rs. 10 for each DL-10Rs, RC-10Rs, LLR-10Rs.
 Inclusive of all expenses, Vendor will get 10Rs, Exclusive of all taxes.

VOLUME: 

 

Total 60,000 (Sixty Thousand Cards) to be printed over 1 month in all 24 RTOs in Jharkhand..

Total 7,20,000 (Seven Lakhs Twenty Thousand only) cards to be printed over 1 year in all 24 RTOs in  Jharkhand..

CONTRACT PERIOD: 

 

Contract period is 10 Years, So Total data is 72,00,000(Seventy two Lakhs cards) for this whole project in Jharkhand utilising 24 RTOs.

Total Revenue:

Total 60,000 cards *10 Rs / card = 6,00,000/month ( Rupees Six Lakhs) per month.Total 60,000*12 months = 7,20,000 Cards *10Rs = 72,00,000/- ( Rupees Seventy Two Lakhs ) Per year.

Overall Data Cards to be printed for 10 years: 72,00,000 (Seventy Two Lakhs Cards only) for the whole contract.

Overall Data Cards to be printed for 10 years: 72,00,000 * 10 = Rs. 7,20,00,000 ( Rupees Seven Crores Twenty Lakhs) for the whole contract for Jharkhand State.

   

TOTAL PROFIT: 

 

Its like a plug and play,Space in RTO,Electricity,Manpower Salary,Furnituress,Equipments
everything is supplied by the primary company itself, deducting all those per card profit
would be 10/-Rs (Ten Rupees Only).

 

So Total Profit is Rs. 7,20,00,000(Rupees Seven Crores Twenty Lakhs) for the whole contract for Jharkand State.

DOCUMENT REQUIRED FROM VENDORS:

Need a company profile having capabality to run and maintain all RTOs in Jharkhand is Important. Prior Training and arrangements would be made by the company after Signing Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the company,and get started within two weeks from the date of signing.

One state coordinator would be allotted by the company for vendors any requirement and he/she will facilitate all the facilities to the vendor. Security Deposit for starting this work is (2.5 Crores Deposit or 1.5 crores is negotiable)

After the contract period (one crore is a refundable deposit and 50 Lakhs is non-refundable).

Only serious vendor who has good financial background and running capability only apply,we are looking for serious vendors only.
